ABOUT OUR SERVICE

We have designed and created our unique and elegant ranges of stationery by incorporating our own, professional photographic imagery, drawn from our exclusive, private collections. Through us, you will be able to achieve a stunning set of stationery, adapted to your theme, colours and taste which is simply not available anywhere else! If you would like to change the colour, image or other aspect of a design, simply discuss it with us and we will help you to achieve exactly what you want.

SAMPLES – the first one is FREE.

You may ask for one free sample to get a feel for our exceptional quality. After that, you may order any two designs with an ordering pack for £5.00 including postage or any three designs with an ordering pack for £7.50 including postage.  Just send a cheque made out to HELEN WAGNER for the correct amount together with the names of the designs you require and they will be dispatched to you within a few days.

ORDERING

We require of 4- 6 weeks to provide a stationery order although it may often be completed sooner. Orders can sometimes be produced quickly but a small “rush” charge applies. There is no minimum order because all our cards are individually made. Similarly, there is no discount for quantity for the same reason. Please use our enquiry form online or telephone us on 01908 275098. We like our service to be personal and helpful and we will look forward to your enquiry.

PAYMENT
When you place your order, we require a deposit of 50% of the total order value and all the details/wording for printing the inserts of your stationery. Forms are supplied to you for this purpose. Once we have received your deposit, we will produce proofs. We will provide one proof of each type of card required and this will be sent for your approval. Once we have received your signed approval, we will begin work on your order and your deposit will become non-refundable. When the order is complete, we will contact you for the balance payment with postage and packing costs. Once this has been received, your order will be dispatched.

PAYMENT METHODS
We currently only accept cheques, cash or postal orders. Please make your cheques payable to HELEN WAGNER.

DELIVERY
All stationery orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery requiring a signature unless otherwise instructed. This guarantees delivery and safety and will be charged at cost price. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

RETURNS
Printed or personalised cards and stationery cannot be returned. Refunds or exchanges can only be given where the specifications have not been met.

COLOURS AND APPEARANCE
Because our cards are completely handmade, and because of the constraints of the Internet, there may be variations in colour  with both our photography and trims. This will not affect the beauty of our products.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once we have received your deposit payment. The receipt of your deposit and order information, forms a contract with us to produce everything that you have asked for and work will begin. Your deposit becomes non-refundable and you are then required to pay for the complete order.

The copyright of all the images on this website and presented in our cards remains the exclusive property of Elegant Invitations. Any attempt to use or copy any of the images owned by us is a breach of copyright law and is an offence.
